Shipping & Returns
1. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. If you require a return or warranty claim, please begin by filling out the information here.
3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Full store credits (minus shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.
A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on used merchandise and will be deducted from your store credit. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
